Nitin Pappachen

Country Director

Nitin Pappachen is a dynamic and mission-driven leader with over a decade of experience in international development and humanitarian programming. As Country Director at ADRA Kenya, he oversees national strategy, program execution, and partnerships aimed at strengthening community resilience, safeguarding children, and addressing climate-related challenges.

With a background in business management and a deep commitment to social impact, Nitin leads with a collaborative and people-centered approach. He has successfully built multi-sectoral programs and forged strong relationships with government agencies, donors, and grassroots organizations to drive sustainable change across Kenya.

Tabitha Dulo

Finance Director

Tabitha Dulo is a dedicated finance leader with extensive experience managing financial systems and accounting operations in development and academic sectors. As Finance Director at ADRA Kenya, she oversees budgeting, financial reporting, compliance, and internal controls, ensuring transparency and accountability across all programmes. 

Tabitha brings both technical expertise and strategic vision to ADRA Kenya’s leadership team—driving sound financial stewardship in service of mission‑critical development initiatives.

Peter Nguura

Programs Director

With over 15 years of experience in strategic programme design, management, grant-making, and systems strengthening, Peter Nguura helms ADRA Kenya’s nationwide development initiatives  . As Programs Director, he leads multi-sector teams to deliver impactful interventions across health, education, food security, and community resilience—bridging grassroots insights with donor-driven strategies.

Peter’s strengths lie in building robust partnerships, fostering capacity development, and steering evidence-based program evaluation. His leadership ensures that ADRA Kenya’s programmes are not only strategically aligned but also sustainable and responsive to the evolving needs of communities.
